I also have to agree on the color scheme. And although I can imagine that the red lights disappeared frustrates you, I don't miss them.

    Thanks, all. :3
I think I'm done. It's hard to tell though. My eyes are watering something fierce, and it's difficult to see. Oh, I've named this 'Rettung'.

I've been wanting to go back and re-re-do this ship. I'm re-naming it too. It was Ouroboros (a name that;'s used a lot now) now it's "Jörmungandr". Same thing, different mythos.

It's the first ship I remember making which resulted from an AutoCAD command behaving in an unexpected way.

It's a 'First Ones' ship. The last version turned out a bit cartoony. I'm not sure how I want it to look in the end.

Now, that's just f***ing cool. It looks like a coiled up snake. I like the colors too, and how you did that glowing section for the belly of the snake.

AutoCAD just wasn't prepared for that level of awesomeness. ;)

    So it's okay then? :p
I'm drawing a blank on what else I'd want to do, so I should probably stop here before I screw it up.
    Thanks for the great critique.

"First Ones"? Are you referring to your own background story for your designs, or do you mean the First Born from 2001? (Sorry If I should know that, I haven't read the whole Blog yet)

I borrowed the phrase from Babylon 5. That was the generic term for the elder races with nearly god-like technology.
