I have added some guns ( not to sure of the implacement of them ) and some more detailing at the rear end of the ship, as well as lots of little changes:D

@ Pearse:- I think it is important for these three ships to share some common features as I don't think the colonial military would have made new components for different ship made at around the same time:D

I just made the Defender out of paper (Zealot)
It was a good model to make.
But the one of yours has the right shape, the legs to the engines.

I have given up trying to make the known Class ship:( I just couldn't get it to look right, so I started a new one instead:) this is a cross between the Guardian and the Defender which I have called The Colonial Sentinel:D
I really like what you have done with the Sentinel - nice.....
some ideas to consider...
Not too sure about the raill cannons inserted inside the 'vent'? What about placing a gauzed area for a missile launcher? (sorta like an attack raptor?)
Not sure if it is possible ... you might wan't to consider placing a Pegasus type rail cannon in between the vent area?
the rears of the Guardian/sentinel also look a bit vulnerable?
