I love your Battlestar, however it would be much better if instead of moving flight decks to body have closable doors and fill out the main body of ship.
I always thougth, that external hangar decks are one of battlestar signs... Keep them there man, but try to figure out better way to retract them... pillars you have now must take at least 1/5 of the ship space
The Battlestar Galactica has the arms that are holding the pods under them, like the pods are being held from above. Well I reversed the concept and on the underside of the the ship the arms are supporting the pods. You can kind of see them in my last post. In my next update you will be able to see them better.
