Yeah, that green is _way_ too dark compared to the rest of the hull - it should only be a shade or two darker than the rest of the plating. Not to mention that if it's the A, it should be blue-gray anyway rather than that green (which I never liked, TBH).

From my understanding, the blue appearance as seen in ST:VI was due to the lighting... the model itself always had the greenish tone, I'll definitely work on the texturing to make it less dense in appearance by the time I finish the project.
Although, I think I'm gonna have to use the NCC-2000, can't find a decent NX-2000, so we'll just assume that by the end of ST:IV, the Excelsior was upgraded to the NCC-2000.
For whatever reason, YouTube is making this video brighter or less contrasted than it really is... and I wanted to get this uploaded for Christmas Day, but stupid ID matching of the movie footage kept ID'ing the movie footage no matter how much I altered it until I pretty much made it practically invisible.
Marc Bell's model is absolutely stunning, more animations to come, as I do random shots in conjunction with my Trouble with Tribbles video.
I did this in 2010 and 2014, the first time using Paul Trenkler's Enterprise E, then Alexander "Nightfever" Klemm's Enterprise E... now I present the third version using Marc Bell's Enterprise E.
After a lot of tweaking and stuff, I've arrived at a result I'm satisfied with. Of course, much can still be improved upon, but we'd be here forever. lol Hope you all enjoy this video. May The Final Frontier get a true remaster someday. ^_^
One scene might to have the BoP hit the warp nacelles with disruptors…a photon torpedo hitting the impulse deck right as Enterprise enters space dock..which vaporizes the BoP. Enterprise hits the inside…
Another project is complete. That just leaves the Strange New Worlds' credit sequence, and The Naked Now sequence. Then it's onto something new... will decide at that point what. 😃
Finally got Alex's exceptional starbase to a spot I like, that's not to say it wasn't before, but in regards to converting it with use in Redshift, I mean.

Yes, that's how the texture itself appears, although, post effects might make it appear darker.
Thanks.

Where can you get objects by Tobias Richter ?
Thanks.
Unfortunately, you can't. Tobias let me use this for strictly personal non-commercial purposes and I can't share it.
