Yes, that's how the texture itself appears, although, post effects might make it appear darker.

From my understanding, the blue appearance as seen in ST:VI was due to the lighting... the model itself always had the greenish tone, I'll definitely work on the texturing to make it less dense in appearance by the time I finish the project.

For whatever reason, YouTube is making this video brighter or less contrasted than it really is... and I wanted to get this uploaded for Christmas Day, but stupid ID matching of the movie footage kept ID'ing the movie footage no matter how much I altered it until I pretty much made it practically invisible.
