Absolutely fantastic work. Everything from the lighting to the animation movement is perfect. The impulse effect was fantastic. And, of course, seamless integration with the movie footage.
Great work, as usual. It's really nice seeing that animation with the original paint/greebles of the K't'inga, but with the engine glows. I liked that they added the glows for ST6, but I don't care for the paint scheme they did for Kronos 1.
It's one of the best scenes from any Star Trek movie. I think, as far as the four TOS crew movies that ILM did the effects for, it's their absolute best work. The tension, the lighting, the effects, Kirk outsmarting Khan, the whole thing is just top tier.
Your work is also top notch. Those stills look great and I look forward to seeing the animation.
