looks pretty good. I really like the overall flow of the design. The only thing is that I would expect a scout to have some larger detection equipment like radar domes or something like an awacs dish.

cool update. Nice work on the panelling and the engines. Maybe could use some anti-radiation missiles for attacking radar stations like modern electronic warfare fighters. Any chance you would start using the forums attachment feature? My pop up blocker really doesn't like imageshack. Plus that way you'll get the thumbnail image to work in the wips forum.

Great design. How big is this thing? Seems like one man "really light" scout.
Not sure about that, somehow I would expect Scout crafts to be a tad bigger ones able to do longer missions.
