    UPDATE...
I’ve been wanting to do this for some time. This the example type 1 government housing. It’s about the size of my basement and it’s big enough for at least one person to live in. I may increase the size a bit to make it easier to fit the bathroom in.

    Go for it. :D

That's always my complaint whenever I see cool "tiny house" designs. They skimp on the bathroom. Always.

    Will they be modular?
  • XFozzbouteXFozzboute654 Posts: 1,627Member
    The could be.
    UPDATE...
I decided to work on the UEG drydock and I’m focused on the command sphere for now.
    2124.jpg
I added more detail including large observation windows. I’ve also started on the placement for the smaller windows.

    UPDATE...
Well ok the windows are in and not looking bad. I’ve placed one room so far just to see how it might look.

Okay, now it reminds me to the command-sphere from the Discovery (2001)...

are those trees on your command deck?
  • XFozzbouteXFozzboute654 Posts: 1,627Member
I just threw those in there for the hell of it. Those will probably be observation windows. The command deck will be the lower set of matching windows.

    UPDATE...
I wanted to post these on sunday but I woke up in the middle of a migraine and it stuck around the entire day and I was busy on monday. Anyway the windows are done. Just need to finalize the rooms at some point. I also played a little bit with a texture idea.

Here is another new military station for the M’Aangan.
    2130.jpg
A few more details on the dry dock.

    UPDATE...
Meant to post these awhile ago but I lost my internet connection for a few days but I managed to fix it.
I rebuilt this little part that goes under the dry dock. It turned out nice.
    2132.jpg
I also added a little bit to my bug ship.
    2133.jpg
I also came up with another ship design. Not sure what kind of ship it is yet. I also don’t know who it belongs to yet.

Nice. Somehow, when seeing this, I keep on thinking Necromongers from Riddick.....

never liked those necromonger ships AT ALL, this has potential to be much better but i have a strong feeling that those currently vertical pods should be able to rotate somehow on the x axis so they can be like that for vtol and then parallel to the hull for flight.

Neither did I, but I suppose that's their purpose. To be unlikeable chunks of metal....

Just as Isaid, right now, it somehow reminds me to the. Particularly the Lander of the Lord Marshall.

Never saw that movie because I hated the first one.
The barrels on the side aren't engines so no rotation needed.
    UPDATE...
Finding it hard to do any work. Not very motivated right now.
Anyway. I added some missile launchers.
    2134.jpg
    And a few more details.

    UPDATE...
I roughed these out maybe a month or two ago. Might as well post them now.
This is an idea for a building. Maybe the UEG HQ.
    2249.jpg
And this is another ship. Maybe an Earth Battleship. I’m simply calling it The Judge for now.

    UPDATE...
Well with the death of my dog I don’t feel like doing anything but staying in bed but I did get some work done on the engines of the Mjolnir.

    UPDATE...
Not getting too much work done but I did get some stuff done on the engines of Space 1. I also picked up a copy of Filter Forge and have to figure out how that works.

The yellow is a nice choice, different from the usual blue one sees. But why are the vents recessed like that?
  • XFozzbouteXFozzboute654 Posts: 1,627Member
    Why not?
  • JennyJenny2 Posts: 0Member
Extra mass, extra places for damage to accrue, no obvious functional purpose?
  • XFozzbouteXFozzboute654 Posts: 1,627Member
Better explanation is I just like the way it looks.
    UPDATE...
I threw a little detail to the front of the ship.
    2255.jpg
And a few more details to the back of the ship.

Oooh, that white gives it a nice, different look!

Also, I agree with Vortex5972 -- your renders are damn clean!

    UPDATE...
A few more details added to the front of the ship.
