As always wonderful job. The ship is really shaping up quite well and looking at the amount of work you produce it puts me at least to shame Will be interesting to see more ships being upgraded like this.
I think to be more helpful whilst commenting on the characters it would be nice to see close-up wire frames of the head and body otherwise it is harder to comment.

That's the best I can give you for now on the characters, Pheon will have to do renders himself because I only have Tpol's model right now.

Tweaked the structure of the face a bit since the last update. I still haven't finished modelling the hair strands, but it'd be nice to know if you guys think I'm on the right track with it.
Few wireframe shots of the body. I'm still not completely satisfied, but I'm hoping the addition of some textures will give the uniform the added depth that I want.
Nice, Trip looks quite recognizable from the side, though I think his face could use to be a little wider:
I don't know, I think the jaw could do with widening a little, but the head is pretty in sync with the length of the head (which I shortened a bit since the last pics).
Thanks guys No more Klingon for today, only Starfleet ! Only a few hours in but I want to have all of the needed models at least started in the near future.
