Thanx everyone for the kind words and suggestions!
So here is the current state of the Alley:
And after watching a recent movie, I felt kinda inspired.... Still pretty rough, and there is lots to add still as well, but here it is... I call it 'Spinner'...
Bump on the water looks much better! It's quite realistic looking now...and I like the vegetation you've added, it takes the edge off the "steel/skyscraper" look of the city.
The roughed-up, older textures works really good also. :thumb:
Hmm...Ozy...I would humbly suggest beefing up the arms on your robot:rolleyes:...right now it gives me a feeling of a 5 year old starving african kid...:shiner:

Or is it what you are aming for?
I still need to add some beef.
I also need to add the mechanical parts that move the outer shell parts around... thats gonna take some time though.
last night actually... in a few hours I had the floor, pillars, balcony, doors, ceiling and that broken section done. Today I added the dirt piles, bricks, cat statues, lamp stands, modified the hole in the ceiling a bit and lastly, grew the vines. I think the hard part is going to be getting some realistic textures set up.

Thanx, but I don't think that will be happening any time soon.

oh well... Its still fun to make. Thanx everyone!
Where was your Greeble pack again?
Or is it what you are aming for?
Here are the kerky settings I used for the water.
The greebles I made are in the mesh section, under bits and pieces I think.
I still need to add some beef.

It's called 'creative schizophrenia'. Now go away:p
I prefer the term 'creatively eccentric'
