I'm loving this build. You have captured the lady just right.
Thank you! It's been an exercise in learning a lot of different things to be sure.
Low poly builds can be a lot of fun. It looks great
Oh, totally! There's a bit of a challenge when trying to make something like that look good. It really does rely a lot on shape and texture work rather than raw detail.

Amazing work Lizzi ! That Shuttle is so cute.
Thank you as well! I hadn't thought of it as cute, but I suppose it fits!

So... I've finally managed to get around to unwrapping every last piece of this model and did the majority of the texture work. There are still some things I need to sort out. Mostly getting bits I missed and some color matching. But the rest is pretty much done.

    And now, some orthos.

So after a month, I figured I'd poke at this again with some underside detailing. I don't know why these greebles took me so long to do today. They aren't complicated. Then again, I spent most of my time correcting bad geometry.

More nacelle greebs and I've started on the wing.

Well, would you look at that! PROGRESS!

Now all I need to do is figure out the connections between the drydock arms, and the superstructure that goes into the middle. Then add materials and.. I'll probably figure out something else I missed.

So, I finally got around to detailing the mission pod. Just like the movie version, it has a pair of torpedo launchers fore and aft. But unlike the original, I've added a deflector dish as well. After a few adjustments to the pod itself and the surrounding parts, I feel like I've completed the build part of this project.

Now I just need to unwrap everything and texture it.

And since I'm using the Discovery style windows in the Reliant, I figured I'd go ahead and update the Enterprise to match what we see in Strange New Worlds.

The amazing thing was I was able to remove the HUGE cutout that was the bridge viewport and restore it to a smooth surface before adding in the updated window.

What a beauty ! Keep the good work Lizzy !
This looks fantastic! I love the nacelles. Job well done so far!

    Thank you!

OK, so I was having trouble mirroring the left nacelle and positioning it properly. In TrueSpace, if you wanted to move a bunch of selected objects, you just grabbed them, then edited their position in the object info window. Doing that in Blender just moves the highlighted object, leaving the rest of the selection behind. I tried Alt+Enter, and that moved everything over...to the center coordinate of the highlighted object. Grabbing everything and moving it over to match the left side exactly wasn't working out either. I nearly resigned myself to moving each of the 51 objects individually.

Then after looking up methods for moving stuff around, I learned about Shift+S to bring up a radial menu and then selecting "Selection to Grid". And then editing the location coordinates in the Item info panel moved everything right where I needed it to be. Double-checking everything was where I needed it to be, I saved everything!

    And now, a beauty shot.

That took way longer than it should have. At least the main hull is done with the detail stage. Well, except for the impulse engines/shuttle/fighter bay on top. I'm guessing those 10 squares on either side of the neck are supposed to be torp launchers.

Getting there. Just 3 more sections to go.

I spent a few hours working out the panels on the underside of the hull. Now I need to do the front-facing panels.

With the neck added on, it's really starting to look like a proper starship! I still need to detail the impulse engine and shuttle bay on the top to finish off the main hull section, though.
