Well, this is just great, it is like a Colonial version of Heavy Weapons Platforms we can find in some Star Trek games (specially modded versions of Armada2 ) and I must say that it sure looks devil-ish:devil:.
Besides of this version and the HQ version, will you also make a much lighter one? maybe to be deployed in far away trade routes to help civilian ships againts pirates or something?... it is just a suggestion:p.

I like the Automated station very much - no unnecessary stuff, just weapons When will you start texturing at least some of your models ? I'm sure you could handle them really well and they would only add to their quality !
nice touch on the anti fighter station if you have a warstar planned soon let me suggest that you check out a warstar I saw here is an old thread but the ship is fine and may provide ideas its the agamemnon I really don't remember who did it but it was nice who knows maybe perhaps in the future you can build the stealth viper from the episode hero I never seen anyone give it a try with your skill I'm confident it will be a hit to remember jajaja great work

Yeah I can't believe it either ... it should be higher The station looks great ! I think it would be awesome if you could add some kind of swivel system so that the guns can cover 360 degree field around the station.

As for the Perimeter Defence HQ. It is far far better that I had expected. Simply awesome.
Now you need some Cylon goodies, because they are kinda... ehh.. left behind, so they need guns too :devil:.

You're a beast I'm very selective when it comes to designs that I actually like but that still hasn't come to me while looking at your models ! Is there any chance of seeing a short animation of a ship floating around that station ?

The station looks amazing! it is the kind of design one would expect to see on a starbase or an outpost. And with those guns, I would be very careful if attempting an attack .
I am looking forward to see your three new stations in a comparison pics with other ships (like your famous fleet pics) or maybe with ships like a Valkyrie too .

Ah, right you are... I was going to say they looked a bit like mine, but I think he did the Beserker before I did mine. Curious now Ice, did you also base yours off WWII anti-fighter turrets?
Lovely station, Ice-dragon! Got a question though - how come you haven't installed all the anti-fighter turrets? It looks like half of them are missing, since there are empty turret foundations on the inner sections of the saucers....
Also, there's a typo in your image title overlay thingy - it reads "Permiter", rather than "Perimiter". Ooops... :-)

This Image took 20 miniutes to render.

I did remove half of the anti-fighter turrets because some of them were facing in to the middle of the station and the others just weren't need to keep the station defended.

Can you do a render for 1920 x 1200 and 1280 x 1024. Need to display your stuff in the correct resolution so the image is not screwed when it scales the image to my display settings.

it's based off Ragnar Anchorage with some of my midguard station thrown in:D
it can dock 6 Galactica Type Battlestars in the middle ring and more ships lower down.

I did have a look at WWII anti-fighter turrets for the design when I first built them:D
