After a short eternity I had taken some time to model something again. This time it's the small version of the constellation class, with some tweakings. GmH2otD.png

I'm still wondering about the bridges layout. We know, the lower port door of the enterprise's battlebridge leads to the captains ready room. Maybe it's already the same with the constellation class?

What's the purpose of the other doors? The rear doors both seem to be turbolifts, but what about the lower starboard door? Too small for a conference room, I guess :-)).
A direct staircase to the deck below?

Of course my model leads me to Rekkert's beautiful Galaxy Battlebridge (after so many moments some good references at last. Thanks!)

I hope, this study will bring some new energy for my Victory bridge.

    Hello there!
Recently I started with my own idea of an alternative line of the starships Enterprise. First I modelled my take on the original 1701. As you see, I borrowed some elements of the refit model. Many thanks to Hunter G and Viper for your inspiration! tBxsYh0.jpg

Some parts of the model already need to be redone. For example the size of the windows needs to be smaller. Unfortunately I only realised it after rendering the whole model from afar. 8gr8j72.jpg

Other elements which are still to build are: the bigger "Pike Era Deflector", "Kirk Era Deflector", "Phase II Deflector", "Refit Deflector" etc.
I plan on using the mainhull and saucer until the time of Star Trek III, only exchanging modules like Deflectors, Bridge module (Imagine the process from the Kelvinverses Ent-A assembly sequence), Nacelles, Impulse Thrusters...

Small update: I fumbled with some floor paneling. Anyone recognize the design? ;-)
Also I created a second light setting for red alert. LKIDA2Q.jpg

I modified the tactical and science station a little bit and set up screens and interface. As the Stargazer's tactical station had a mostly green interface in TNG, I tried to modify the TVH interface accordingly. Or should I ignore the show's setup and go for Star Trek IV's setup? Or maybe something entirely new to reflect a LCARs version between tmp and tng? Oq4hivo.jpg

As you can see, I remodeled the chairs. I tried to modify the tmp era chairs into something like mk II versions. Same starfleet designer, new Junior Staff, maybe ;-)

Here's the new bridge module with resized windows.

Once again I added some details to the bridge. A little bit more lighting to the side console with vengeance style floor plating, and some okudagrams for the system status station.
While I've been content with the mood in normal cruise mode, I'm not sure about the mood while at red alert. Maybe slightly too bright?

Sounds inspiring! While my current progress is still rendering, here's some new lighting
at condition red alert:Attachment not found.

    And cruise modeAttachment not found.

For now i decided to light the viewscreen just a little bit with extra spotlight. About the light strip in the "trench" - should i remove it until Kirk or Tmp era? I guess i have to testrender that, too.
Currently in rendering is some front greebling: Rright of the viewscreen (behind that blue lighted window) are some auxiliary memory banks - maybe logbook access. Left of the viewscreen will be some auxiliary powercores.

Edit: The new elements beside the screen
    Attachment not found.

And my take on the Transport room:
Attachment not found. and the other view Attachment not found.

(like the pike-bridge, it will be simple and utilitarian. I will change the some details for the kirk-era bridge, as in my Tos version, the enterprise changes with it's new captain after Pike from a workhorse to the representative flagship. So for example nice carpets instead of plastic floor! And some Wooden decor parts.
