So as to not take away from Hunter G's Star Trek Stuff thread, I thought I would start a new thread showing my interpretation of his excellent redesign of the U.S.S. Discovery from the upcoming Star Trek Discovery series on CBS. Most of the modeling has been done and have started working on some textures.

I've been playing around with the specular map on the Discovery today. I've never been really good at this so would definitely appreciate any tips or suggestions in order to make it better.
