  I did one of these several years ago. It's the Constellation class, the Enterprise is Constitution class.

  Nice work. Though, those are some short looking decks, assuming your windows are the same size as the Enterprise windows (which also has some deck height issues.)

  As per the windows, you might want to find a different template, they look far too close together....

  Looks good so far. One part of the Constellation class ships that I always believed help give it a unique look, besides the four nacelles, is the large forward facing shuttle bay. May I recommend that you model that in to this as well? It just gives it the feeling that this class of ship has different mission parameters than the Constitution.

  I don't see why the front shuttlebay is necessary, given the other six. It seemed clear from what info we have that the Stargazer's mission was similar to the various Enterprises' mission, despite the different design.
