blender beveled corners issue

I was beveling some corners in blender to round them and came up with this issue:

As you can see, the corner came out wrong, it looks fine from a rear angle but head on it is not aligned very well.

Since no one answered this I came up with my own fix, which I'll share to help others.
The solution was to redo the section and do the bevels before I extruded and scaled the faces inward. That worked fine.
