It looks like it's Dr Wilde's from foundation3d.com.
Looking at the lighting between the video and the snapshot Melak posted, it looks like a edited version of that starbase, because the lights below the spacedoors aren't blinking in the video.

it's not directly from undiscovered country because the planet is different, it could well be cut out and flipped though, but the quality of the video is so poor (who uploads 360p these days really?) it's hard to say - I have wilde's spacedock here and I can't say if it is or isn't the one in the video, but I would doubt it

your best bet is to ask the youtube uploader
Yea, it does very well look like a shopped picture from ST:VI.
It's a very good idea though, given the scarceness of movie accurate 3D starbases available on the net.

If they really wanna got the noistalgic route, they just need to add the "You have won!!!!" banners
Chris: seriously, ask Mr Wilde on foundation3d for his spacedock, his is as high detailed as the movie one (Considering the references and the effort he put in, it's not that surprising).

I would, but getting to use that masterpiece is only a dream, as well as it being in Lightwave format.

I just think it's great that the project is moving forward. They've had a lot of serious setbacks. The worst of which was they lost all of their sets after the company from whom they were renting their warehouse let the property go into foreclosure. For the whole story, read here: http://www.startrekexcalibur.org/history.htm
But they're back. It just goes to show, you can't keep good Trekkies down.

im sorry, but the writing is all disjointed, its a little hard to read.
I wish him the best
I can read it just fine. There are a couple of spelling errors but the worst thing he did grammatically was use a bunch of run-on sentences. Basic summary: The idiots who owned the property where their sets were are two brothers. They were having a stupid argument and the property went into foreclosure and was sold. Without warning, the new owner of the property bulldozed their sets. They tried to sue but, at the time of that writing, they weren't getting any word from the other side's lawyer.

flipped it, added some color correction
Interesting, the black lines around the starbase would make it easy to mask out.

that website reminds me of the 90's
Yeah, it really does. They're filmmakers, not web gurus.
