3DLiberty- Civilian trek ship

This is something I started about two days ago. Designed in the same light as the WWII liberty ships. Something that could be built quickly and cheaply.

    I like the octagonal "saucer" shape. Are you planning to develop the ship further?

    Yeah, I will take it a bit further. Not sure just how much yet. I made the slab side saucer as construction would be a little easier than all the curves on a normal starship.

    Interesting. I'd love to see these in small batches of 2 or 3 for mutual protection.
