Anyone know who built/lit the Polar Lights Enterprise that was seen @ WorldCon 2005?

This may not be the best forum to ask this, but as it's physical model building... (trying to sneak it in on a technicality)

In Glasgow I spent a little time checking out a very nice piece of work on the PL E, and what stood out the most was the number of switches that controlled so many functions in the lighting scheme. This was the first time I'd seen dimmer/color changes, various engine ramp up/down controls, and of course full interior and directed lighting too. The kit was relatively new at the time.

Was anyone else from the forum there? Know the builder or can link to this? I was able to find a link or two a few years back, but not any longer.
