I finally found a way to create the strange hull curves and i have proceeded from there hope you enjoy

any comments appreciated
i am sorry for the watermarks hopefully that wont be a problem soon.

    The shape is quite good. I'm assuming you're going to fill in those round holes with the blue cylinders.

    yes i am but do you know what they are exactly because i have always thought that they were escape pods of some sort but in some of the episodes they are not.

    Well they look like warpcores and they're near the nacelles so I would assume that they're plasma injectors or something like that.

    Very cool, making my first Defiant was so hard, being that was my first try.

    But anyways, your are doing a great job, keep it up my man, and ya your are right they are plasma vents. You know what, for a long time I thought they where also escape pods...oh man...good thing i had the ship specs in my STAR TREK MAG.

    didnt you used to be the mesh creator
    anyways i just been experimeting on the necelles and this is what i came up with

    why did you create a new account then?

    here i have added the warp drives to the nacelles as you can see i have cut out the impulse drives i think thats what there called and then i will be doing the grill plate and pulse phasers enjoy

    ive been fidling about and come up with a design for my logo i hope you all like it but i dont know whether to stick with the dolour of black

    Wow I have been out of the loop for a wile...I thought I would go through the threads and see what you all doing.
    I just came across this thread and dude, the ship is looking great and love the logo you made, stay with the black theme.
