Chroma keying inside Max 2011?

Does anyone know a quick solution to do basic chroma keying (aka greenscreen, bluescreen, ...) inside Max?

More complex stuff is obviously better suited to be done in a compositing suite, but it just doesn't make sense for smaller tasks like putting filmed footage of actors behind a starship's window. And generating an animated alpha map by pre-processing it with another program seems inefficient as well.

There's a plugin over at maxplugins.de, but even though it's supposed to work in 2011 x64 it won't show up in the list (neither the material editor nor the plugin manager).

more efficient than wasting cycles on keying during render time I'd say

I'm using mental ray. With the amount of resources that thing tends to waste, this really wouldn't make a noticeable difference.
