While I'm not a B5 fan myself (in fact, I've never seen a single episode), I decided to give this a shot. I was teaching a friend to model a little while back and he was working on this ship, and I've kind of taken to the design. So now that my coursework is over and I have more free time, I figured I'd take a shot at a higher end model.

I know there are smoothing errors on the model, but those are things I tend to fix towards the end.
Also, yes. I utterly suck at lighting and rendering.

Update. The basic framework at the back is taking shape. I went a little OTT on the engines (they currently account for almost 13k of the slightly over 18k polys), but I likes them!
Nothing has changed at the front at all.
Also, I didn't mention in my first post, but this is all one unified mesh.
