Wierd Triangulation Errors in Max.

So, there are wierd errors in Max regarding triangulation.

It shows up perfectly fine in my viewports but it shows up in renders.

So how do I fix this?

    Appears that you have a trouble with shadows too...
    About the triangulation, sometimes the smooth modifier can help you, as to unify normals does too. Unwelded vertices and edges can bring you troubles too.
    In Editable polly mode, you can find the "edit triangulation" button. Play with that.
