How does one animate Materials in 3D Max? :confused:

    with the animate button and moving the values... like everything else...

    Depends on what kind of animation you're talking about. You can keyframe pretty much every single material option there is, or you could have an image sequence or video as one of the maps and animate that. If you could be a bit more specific, you would probably get more specific answers too.

    Also, check out the education section over at ..::xenomorphic.co.uk::... He knows a lot of neat tricks with materials.
