I really like it. Particularly the Sub D work in making the secondary hull and nacelles flow together.
Canonically, there's a Reliant in service in the early 25th century. In fact, there's a Reliant class, first seen in Picard season 2. So, my guess is that this is either an earlier or a later ship.
The saucer doesn't feel like it fits the rest of the ship. You may want to scale the width down or even consider a different shape entirely. The secondary hull and nacelles look great though.

I did originally start with a narrower saucer, but in the end I chose this saucer shape as a nod to the design direction that 25th century Starfleet seems to be going in, with a bit of a retro feel to certain elements. I do want to do a little bit more work blending it in, as well. I'll give some thought to whether I want to try a narrower saucer again, though. I appreciate the suggestion!
I keep wanting to suggest that you thicken the nacelles JUST a wee tad, but then I look again, and think, no, they’re fine as it is. I would add something more to the spine area… maybe a raised spinal line that holds a torpedo launcher, like the D had. IMO, that area looks a bit barren.

I actually had them thinner up until recently and thickened them up by about 30%. The spine definitely still needs more work.
I wasn't bothered by the angles before, but seeing that front and rear views really makes it clear how the angles of the saucer rim, secondary hull, nacelles and upper deck compliment each other. Plus, it really does capture that 25th century aesthetic. Nicely done.
I've been tired of spacedock shots for a while now, but these actually look real good... like they were taken with an actual camera, I think that's part of the charm. I think I see some colour banding as well.
Let’s say you need to transfer a non transportable/replicatible element to your drive.
Fly a shuttle right in..hop out and insert—very quick repairs…and the shuttles themselves could plug in to the impulse so you are never dead in the water.

Oh, got it! Yeah, that comment seemed like it could have gone either way.

Thanks!
Sure, though that shows off the least-finished part of the ship:

Technically not a 90° angle:

Not 100% sure about it though. We'll see.
Didn't the STIII novelization have a "Magellanic Cloud" class that fit this shape?

Unarmed, flat in respects but very fast....

Quite original!
You have packed a lot in a very sleek package.
It's not definitively off the table, but I'm not 100% sure about it.
What do you mean?

The main things I have left to do are paneling and some details like docking ports.
