    Though it's doubtful that there were pulse phasers in TOS (they got introduced in DS9), it's a sweet thing

    Modeling is great, but it looks more like a destroyer or a (very) light cruiser than a battleship. Just a thought

    Actually Aresius in the TOS episode where the romulans come back they show the constelation class uss enterprise shooting bolts from their weapons not solid beams. So I guess they could shoot either from their cannons.
