This is more or less a test, trying to use a real picture as background ( this one from NASA ) for a rendering. I think I matched the lightning in an acceptable way, but of course the picture is very basic.

UPDATE: OK, I updated the picture a little. the lightning is adapted, the whole ship brighter for better visibility.

    This is a great design, functional looking and very appropriate to the show's aesthetic and it doesn't have too many guns, a common flaw on this site.
