This is my very first render in 3DS MAX. I'm reposting it, because my original didn't credit the hard-working and talented artists out there that give their blood, sweat and valuable time so we can have fun with their excellent models.

    Excellent work! The only crit I can think of is that it looks pretty static - some motion blurs would probably fix that :) Also, the ships probably blend in with the surroundings just a tad too much imho.

    Agreed. They do indeed look as though they're sitting there. I'm sure I'll get the hang of it eventually.

    Looks like the sovy's got some block heads chaising them. Good job on doing this and please do tell me that there is a nice ambush waiting for those block heads.
