TS3.2 is free (I'm sure you know that) you have to register in order to download, and they'll email the key to activate it . . . I'm not sure what you mean regarding materials and textures . . . 3.2 comes with several default material libraries
If the files came with the textures themselves (image files) just open those in the paint dialog box. Then you can save them to the material library. :thumb:
