3DStar Wars revival.

It has been 4 years since I actually joined this forum and I am only now getting round to actually posting. For some reason the Star wars 'revival' - Force Awakens and Rogue One - seemed to spur me back in to action, as I hadn't been doing much modelling recently. Anyway, I decided to tackle a project that I had been meaning to do for a long time - one of my favourite Star Wars vehicles - the Republic Gunship (LAAT).

I usually start with a figure to give me a sense of scale. The LAAT was then built from the inside out.

Here is what is more or less the final vehicle image. I am building a couple of Phase 2 troopers to go with the vehicle itself. All of this is built using AC3D and textured in Bryce 7.
