3DStarwars - Blast off!

Hi,

A painting exercise (and concept for a larger image - more to come); the Falcon model is by Alain Rivard and rendered with iray, and other details painted in Photoshop.

    That has a nice feel about it, although I think some sunset colors might make it even better.

    Has anyone heard from Alain lately?

    Great pic.
    If you do the sunset colours it will change the feeling of this picture hugely.

    I have other images planned in a dusk environment (not with the Falcon though), so sticking with daylight currently (working through a full day worth of shots ;)).
