3DStarwars: Falcon

OK going for the top 5 slots on scfi meshes Finished work ;)

This has been an amazing week, I was very kindly given possibly the best Tie Fighter and X-Wing model out there (Christian Frohlich) and now to add to that what has to be the best Falcon model (Alain Rivard). So this is preview shot of whats coming, and again thanks guys, amazing work and hopefully I can do them justice :)

    It's a little heavy on the noise, but still awesome. I was hoping you were going to do something with the Falcon. It's still my favorite Star Wars ship, and one of my top Sci-Fi ships. :D

    Man, you've got the hook up when it comes to models. Al's Falcon is definitely top notch.

    Nice vintage look. If you'd gone for something "up to date" I'd likely have had to tell you the radar dish was wrong! :D

    I'm sure they replaced it after Lando snapped it off. ;)

    That could take a while with the Falcon. After all, it was already a bit banged up. Also, I'm not sure if Han bothered to take any "before" pictures of the dish, to show exactly what got damaged. Plus, there is the whole "illegal" nature of their operation against the legitimate government. (you've gotta figure that insurance companies are on the side of the Empire) :p

    Seriously, you should never go by "spoiler" pics. Many people here could whip up some pretty convincing stuff without breaking a sweat.
