Neat designs. Considering the need to work with such a low polygon count for the game engine, I can't think of any real criticisms. It looks like you did a lot with the polygon budget. Also, the textures are great.

More questions than critiques.
The top one, are those engines, fore and aft? Are the triangles amidships weapons, escape pods or storage?
Is the bottom one a cargo ship, with engines fore and aft as well? Those look like various cargo modules strapped to it.
In any case, they look good.
