Conversion of materials help

ok... Not been here in a while...

we're working on a bit of 3D character modeling, but found ourselves in a bit of a conundrum... we had to reinstall our computer and the renderer we used before on characters is no longer available... We got a new renderer, so that's no problem.

The problem we would like help with is simple...

We've found the need for human skin texture, but have been unable to find it in the proper format for our new renderer (Vray). On the other hand, we have found a number of human skin textures designed for 3DS Max (we think).
What we'd like help with is converting a texture or three from .mat to .vismat.

Are there anyone here who can help with that?

EDIT: the source we used to get skin textures is here:

wouldn't the texture just be JPEG, PNG GIF etc??

Nope. they've got lighting, reflection, bump mapping, transparency, multiple layers, etc.

Human skin is extremely hard to design (we've not been able to do it successfully so far ourselves)
