3D[STAR TREK - DS9] USS Defiant

Hi,

long time no post :)
Having dusted of my trusty USS Defiant mesh and got my hands on C4D R14 to play with I had to put out something:thumb:

So enjoy and feel free to nitpick or praise :)

    Well it has a nice outline, a little light on the ship would be handy.

    I like it, looks like a still from the show, but I agree with Biotech, there were some lights on it which would really help sell the shot. That said, you've matched the lighting with the background really well.

    I like it, it has the perfect amount of blur to look like a screencap from DS9.

    I think the lighting is good, as it provides a nice contrast for the ship against the planet. What I did notice is that the light that's hitting the top part of the ship is doing so at an angle that makes the geometry of the ship look very segmented on the front. I would recommend changing the position of the light slightly to avoid this.

    i like the angle and the planet below but a bit more light on the ship would help, maybe use some from of ambient lighting.

    I think the lighting looks great. It gives the image and ship a nice "moody" feel. Nice work. :thumb:
