Basically i have written a small story to go with the images I posted here.

I love those game ships (and your originals!), and I'm truly beginning to love this "digitally painted" style too. You've definitely captured the essence and spirit of Trek quite well.

Ah, the FASA Ranger, I take it?

The lower version of the Refit nacelles look very rounded--a nice touch at the pylon join.

First everyone and yes publiusr it is a Ranger Class A ship I had the pleasure on finding it incorporated in a art piece. And I am still learning to get a better hang of 'painting' did too much technical stuff so a little bit stuck in that

Wow, you don't see the Ranger every day, so you get a thumbs up from me just for that. But what is that second ship in the first picture? Your own design?

Thanks Bell'Orso and yes it is an design I created a while ago called a Rhine Class Fleet Tender. The ship itself is a support ship and slightly bigger then a Miranda class (but with more internal volume).

The Rhine is what the Holoship should have looked like in Insurrection.

It could certainly fit such facilities thanks to its large cargo and shuttlebays.
I do not have orthos of it though BolianAdmiral. I did start something with it but never finished it.

To make up for that I am adding another (older0 design. The Masterson Class Police Cruiser

That Rhine class sure looks cool. Doesn't seem anywhere near as big as a Miranda class, though. But if you could work up some orthos, that would be awesome.

I like the Masterson's shuttlecraft, but I'm not big on the design of the ship itself... I far prefer the Rhine.

haha yeah I do like the Rhine more myself as well they are completely different anyway. As it stands I only have a very basic line drawing of the orthos of the Rhine Class. Might post that one later on

The Masterson class looks really cool. Do I count right, 4 sets of twin-exhaust impulse engines? I guess that baby is the fastest ship when it comes to sublight acceleration.

Thanks Aresius it is intended as a fsat unit after all needs to catch up with those speeding truckers and such.

Something different, a commission I did based on a sketch of which a technical view needed to be made.
A explorer kind of class starship the USS Concord.

Masterson and Concord does to look very good.
You could improve the Baker and made an updated version, with blueprints too.

IDK how I feel about the Ranger... to my eyes, it's a bulky and somewhat ungainly variation on the Chandley, but to be fair, many folks would say that the Chandley is also ungainly. IDK, lol.

I do like some of the FASA line up, mainly the original ones. I do not know the Decker Class though.
