These 2-D renderings are beautiful! If I might offer one suggestion, I think that your larger ship illustrations would benefit from the same top-down silhouette you added to the fighters, to help establish the 3D shape. For instance, I'm assuming your capital ships aren't any wider than they are tall, but I could be completely mistaken :-P

The Skyhawk especially looks good. Sleek but still quite sturdy looking.

Oh wow . . . these are good.

I am especially intrigued with the smaller craft. Their functionality aspect is amazing. The coloring and style remind me a bit of Avatar (a good thing) and the sleekness of them definitely point to a high-tech culture! Very well done.
