10/03/2010 (03.10.2010) i started to model a Me-109 based single seated fighter cause i found some great "sky crawler"- youtube videos. Totaly awesom work there in modeling and animation also ^^
At least i've been not verry happy with my efforts, you can see them attached in order of progress, so work restet a little bit.

('2 days ago i found some so called "Caprica Vipers" at the net and had to do some minor changes with my single seater. Here s the result so far. Have fun.

    You mean Bf-109.

Interesting idea. I like the last two space ship renders. It fits strangely well.

Hi guys, modeling nearly finished. Some small things should be added (cocpit, gear, some further details...) next larger part will be texturing.
    Have fun. S.

Hi guys, i think i'm nearly finished mapping the bird. The wings and the rudder have to get some final touches also the details. A landing gear and a cockpit had to be modeled too, but here's the progress so far.
    Cheers, S.

Nice Job. Reminds me more of the pushers of the WWII era. Specifically the Kyushu Shinden. 300px-J7w.png

Tugar, you're right. It's heavy influenced be the Shinden wich i haven't known before.
Do you have ever seen this vid ? That is what i have in mind to do, once i started modeling this bird. Hum well... we will see.
    Thanks for your reply.

Yeah, that does look a lot like a Shinden, the one it's fighting seems to be based on a MiG-3 possibly.

In any case, love the model :)

No, I had not seen that vid. Nice stuff. The Shinden ancestry is apparent as is the Mig-3/P-51 on the other aircraft. Your model is extremely well thought out.
