Hey guys,
Been a while since i've posted anything on here, so i'd thought i'd post my destiny. I started work on this model a while ago (back in august i think) but left it alone as i really didnt have any good images to work from.
So recently started it back up and this is where I am at now.

Looking good there.... and do i take it by the intact dome that you're going with an un-aged look?

I'm not sure yet im leaning more towards the damaged look. If i do decide to go that way I will model the damage onto. it was just easier to model the thing whole and add the damage later if I choose to.

Base shape looks ok, the nose is all wrong tho.

Hey thanks for the reply Om, but could you be more specific as to why you say the nose is wrong?

the one on the show version is shorter and stumpier then yours.
yours is to flat and elongated imo.

and np ive built 4 destinies myself so i have a good grasp on the design.

Thanks for those om but the only thing that i really had to do to the nose was shorten it a little bit and ive made a render with one of that artists shots and it looks pretty close to me.


Not much of an update but a bit more detailing on the front end of the ship.

Ok been a while since i update this but only a little update for today. As ive been busy with college work. So not had time to spend on this as i would have liked to.
Anyway started on some of the pannelling and reworked the main body a little bit.
