(SOB!!! I was just about to finish posting some stuff i forgot yesterday and everything i had typed vanished)
I'm guessing your using regualr plexi-glass and not Lexan (storm door plexi) as i would think Lexan would be too flexable.
now is this plastic left over stuff from a previous project as i see holes that seem to serve no purpose at the moment, but i do see they are following some of the edges. now i myself have thought about adding holes in plastic when building up in layer when using liquid cement (to add glue to those pots as if spot welding), but i wouldn't have the holes near the edges as you have, so i am still woundering what they are for.
i know there was something else i was going to ask, but i forget what it is now............
I do have a question though... When you cut out your detail pieces do you angle the cut some to give it a natural bevel or do you just cut normally and then sand lightly?

Could you elaborate a bit on how you create all those small details? What kind of materials are you using?
