What now? A blender problem...

I've been working on this traveller free trade rfor a long time and fginaly have the hull mostly done. Here's a pic of the current model:


Now I see some problems that I just don't know what to do about. They seem to have to do with lighting. On the flat faces in front of the windows, which are emitters, used to get triangles. So I covered them wth a sensor grid.

Now I see triangles on the top of the red mose, and little blue lighting errors (WTF's with that?@) on the edge in front of the udder control jet openings.

Any adivce? BYW if anyone wants to see the original file I can upload it.
