Can someone tell me how this is done? I know it's somewhat easy to do in a paint program, but I wanna try and get it done in Blender, the problem is that I don't know where to actually begin....
The scene of mine is two ships firing on one another, with the background being a nebula while the general area around the ships is also a charged nebula(IE: The constant beam fire from the ships main weapons is charging the nebula to a deadly state).
Any advice, or even a tutorial would help, are appriciated!
