Mouse cursor slower in 3DSMax

As my memory issue seams to had vanished I have an another little, but very annoying, problem.
While in the 3dsmax window my mouse cursor is slower than in any other apps window.
I don't find any setup in max about the cursor speed.

    Forget it, there is an option under window "disable acceleration under games".
    Don't know why Windows thinks 3DS is a game but I have unchecked it and it is now a lot more enjoyable :D

    I have a logitech mouse that automatically does that as well. How ever, it doesn't slow down in games, only in my graphic apps. I like that. It allows me to be a little more precise that way.
