Stargate Hyperspace Tunnel

Hi, i want to ask you if anyone know how to create a Hyperspace Tunnel like in Stargate sg1 in Cinema 4d? Does anyone have a Tutorial or a tip? i searched but found nothing useful. Thanks

    Well, I created this effect in Max by using a simple procedural noise texture and stretching the UVs along a cylinder to give the stretched effect. A larger cylinder was created similarly, with another noise texture applied for the starfield.

    The other question is are you doing an animated tunnel or a still shot cause if your doing an animated one there is a tut for LW that shows how to do a wormhole and it could be moded to be a hyperspace tunnel.
