I have a strange problem that is becoming really annoying - Say I have a textured ball with a spherical projection map. The projection node would be parented to the ball in Outliner. Now, when I go to duplicate the ball, the projection node that is supposed to be spherical turns into a cube. It does it with everything: planar, cones, spherical projection. I've tried playing with the duplication options to no avail. The only way around it is to make an entirely new shader group. Anyone got any ideas?
lightwave would never do this!
