26 Fantastic Vintage Behind-The-Scenes Star Wars Pictures
this is as good a place as any to post this; a bunch of photos and a 12 minute behind the scenes video showing how they pioneered motion control and some other cool stuff - including placing explosives inside a model snowspeedeer and blowing it up against a bluescreen.
Wow...I hadn't seen that Millenium falcon before! Amazing! Wish I had enough lego to do something like that :-D
Edit: The link with the vintage SW pics had a great video interview of John Williams and his process. To me he's the other half of what makes Star Wars so great!
