Wow, that was awesome. I like the damage marks on the hull when the Enterprise gets hit.

brilliant work, especially cool shot where the BoP flies out of the explosion, reminds me of a shot in babylon 5. great quality models and excellent lighting effects.

Are the BOP models publicly available? They're some of the best I've ever seen. Great work on... well, everything!

Who's your stock explosions supplier? that shot of the BOP flying through the explosion had some impressive footage.

Very simple, layers in AE set to multiply, lol.

A friend sent me it, although looking around, it seems to have come from the Artbeats ReelExplosions HD pack.

    da*n it, max format!!

    Haha.

I was thrilled that it's natively for Max, as all the other models are LW conversions.

I just watched this episode on Space a couple of days ago. Always liked the design of the scout craft. Hollywood has nothing on you Chris. Yours is easily as good if not better then theirs.

Although, I'd hardly call my work 'professional', next to companies like ILM, etc.

    All done.

Not sure what I'm going to do next, I still need to figure out the "storyline" for the Honshu vs. Cardassian video, so it doesn't look rushed or too short, but I don't want to end up forgetting about it by working on other projects. :argh:

That's one of my favorite episodes, great job as usual. Do you think you'll ever do some DS9 clips?

Cracking work. Love the way you included the final ship warp at the end, was that to mark the first use of a new Enterprise-D model?

Heheh, I just thought that because you don't usually put that last shot in when the Enterprise warps off at the end of the episode do you? Or am I mistaken?

I try to, the render takes a while because of the close pass by the model, but I had to redo the camera motion with Nightfever's because the camera path didn't quite work with Prologic's, since Prologic's model is smaller than Nightfever's in scale, so the camera passes through Nightfever's, lol.

However, I do usually add it into a video if it's part of the episode. :)

Yea, even watching it in HD on YouTube is pretty bad. There is film grain in this animation. :p

If you use it a lot and have good traffic flow, yea. But YouTube doesn't cost a dime, and it's unrivaled so far, so I stick with it.

I really appreciate what you have done here! Great job, really enjoyed it, now I want to rewatch TNG again.

It's been 5 years since I've done anything exclusively TNG (short of movie stuff)... but here it is... my newest go at this episode, last time I released this was in 2014. lol I'm currently working on another short DS9 shot... should be up within the next week or so.
