Unfortunately, while they do have deck plans for Voyager, you can't enlarge them. (usually, that means there's a copyright issue) Though, they do have the Equinox on there and you said a similar ship, that's pretty similar. You can enlarge those.
An awesome site for plans that is for sure! I had already discovered that site prior to finding this forum and made notes of several deckplans I might need in the future. I was just hoping to find something a bit closer to the Intrepid class.... Thanks though!
Unfortunately, I don't know of any other than those. I did find a site selling that set of deck plans for the Intrepid class. (actually, a second edition) I guess it's the site of the person who did them originally.
Deck plans aren't something that are done as often as orthographics, likely due to the detail required and lack of references. Older ships like the the original and refit Enterprise and Galaxy, etc. will have multiple deck plans available. Unfortunately, for newer ships like the Intrepid class, it's slim pickings. It doesn't help that they never released a tech manual for Voyager.
