Sci-Fi Writer Wanted

Dark Majesty Productions is a brand new, not for profit organisation, consisting of a small team of film professionals and fans, interested in making great movies and tv shows, firstly for the internet and later establishing ourselves as a great household name.

We are aiming to produce short movies, documentaries and pieces for the internet to get ourselves recognised as a great production company and are aiming to highlight and promote the great talent out there.

As we are all sci-fi fans, we are hoping to produce a short sci-fi movie as our first project. This will be aired online, on our website, youtube and other media outlets to drum up interest in us and raise money to produce bigger and better productions. It may also lead to us extending the first production and making it a full length film or creating a spinoff.

We feel that there just isn’t enough space adventures out there and we want to produce a new one for fellow sci-fi fans and lovers alike.

We are looking for a co/writer, with a passion and interest in sci-fi, to help us develop our current story and mini script and make it into a 45-60 minute movie.

Our Hope!
We would like to produce this sci-fi set in space; code named "Dark Star" a space adventure that will be an epic, with twists and turns to keep the audience, engaged, shocked and wanting more.

Dark Star will be quite dark, as in maybe no happy ending or we lose the main character before the end, something that’s not completely silly or unrealistic.

We would love to give Star Trek and Star Wars a run for its money and if we can get the right story, who knows what could happen, maybe funding for a series or feature.

The film we will produce will be no more than one hour long and no less than 30 minutes.
