Help to make Sov secondary Hull on Max

Hello not sure if this is the right thread so bear with me.
I am planning to make my own Sovereign Class model but having trouble making the base shape of the secondary hull or stardrive I would say.
Anyone have a tutorial on how to make it or can make one? I am using 3d Max if ya wondering.
